The European Consumer Centre (ECC) France is your representative if you have a question on your rights in Europe or if you live in France and are struggling to find a solution with a trader established in another EU Member State, United Kingdom, Iceland or Norway.

Flight cancelled by your Irish airline? Undelivered order placed on a German site? Car rental in Spain badly spent? Please contact us!

The ECC France belongs to the network ECC-Net, present in each EU country, Iceland, Norway and the United Kingdom and financed by the European Commission and the Member States. The ECC France is located at the Strasbourg/Kehl border, grouped together with the ECC Germany within the Franco-German association "European Consumer Centre". You want to know more about it?
