Due to a major restructuring of the European Consumer Centre Portugal, we are currently unable to process new cases involving professionals based in Portugal.
We hope that this situation will be resolved quickly, but at this stage we have no visibility on a future date.
In these circumstances, we invite you to consider other solutions of redress:
- an amicable procedure in Portugal if you are able to communicate in Portuguese or English;
- legal action. There are simplified procedures for small claims. We invite you to contact your local justice centre | Justice.fr to find out how this service can assist you in debt recovery proceedings.
- a report of your dispute to the DGAC (French Civil Aviation Authority) for flights departing from France, or to the ANAC (Portuguese Civil Aviation Authority) for flights departing from Portugal or its overseas territories.
- a chargeback procedure.
What rights do I have when buying online? How do I recognise a reputable online shop? What rights do I have in the event of flight delays or lost luggage?
Do you have problems with a trader from another EU country, Norway or Iceland? Our legal advisors can help you to find a quick and amicable settlement!
