Who we are

The European Consumer Centre France is a service set up by the European Commission and co-funded by the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance (DGCCRF).

We are the point of contact if you live in France and have any questions about your rights in Europe or are involved in a dispute with a business based in another European Union country, Iceland or Norway.
