Problems with French bank

You hold a bank account in France and you encounter problems with the bank’s general terms and conditions, your loan, payment incidents...

In order to provide answers to these questions, the “Banque de France” set up a unique hotline to provide information to clients of financial companies.

This service is charged as a local call from a landline and is available in the whole country from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm at 0 811 901 801.

Concerning possible payment incidents, you should know that French banks can’t decide freely anymore on the fees to be supported by their customers.
