Cross-border consumer complaints network for problems with public
Created in July 2002 by the European Commission the SOLVIT network aims at assisting citizens and companies in solving their problems resulting from the bad application of the European law by national authorities. This network is an alternative to solve these problems rapidly and efficiently by avoiding, where possible, lengthy and expensive legal action.
