SNCF Mediator

Now accessible for the public

Placards in all stations, headings on the web site of the SNCF, the SNCF Mediator seeks to be known by the general public and informs the users on his missions and functioning.

For consumers/users having a complaint against the SNCF which could not be resolved via the customer service, the mediator is now directly accessible. Consumers/users do not need anymore to ask an approved French consumer association to intervene.

To contact or send your complaint to the SNCF mediator, address your letter accompanied by copies of the supporting documents to the following address:
